Ms. Chris Gokturk
Vice President

Ms. Gokturk joined EASI in 2001 as a Senior Consultant. She specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, statistical analyses, compliance review preparation and management, and all phases of the OFCCP compliance review process. Her expertise includes compensation analysis, impact ratio analysis, client preparation for an OFCCP Compliance Review--including self audits and the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents--AAP development and monitoring systems, and custom designed Diversity metrics. Prior to joining EASI Ms. Gokturk served as Manager of Compliance for American Express for 7 years and prior to that as a consultant specializing in compensation and impact ratio analysis. Ms. Gokturk is a graduate of West Georgia College, where she received a B.S. in both mathematics and computer science.
