Mr. David H. Rainwater
Vice President

Mr. Rainwater, who joined EASI in 1999, came on board with nearly 30 years of corporate experience in HR and information technology related positions. Before joining EASI, he served as Manager of Global Employee Relations for the Bechtel Corporation, and prior to that was employed for 25 years by the Chevron Corporation in various HR/IT positions. Mr. Rainwater has special expertise in the management of human resource information systems (HRIS). He also has extensive knowledge of and experience relating to OFCCP compliance matters. Mr. Rainwater has a BS in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA in Management from Houston Baptist University.
