Ms. Rae T. Vann
Director, Investigative Services

Rae Vann rejoined EASI in 2007 after having previously served as an EASI consultant from 2000 - 2003. Rae is an expert in all phases of the employment dispute resolution process, including internal misconduct investigations and the development of effective alternative dispute resolution programs. Prior to joining EASI, Ms. Vann served as Special Counsel to the Board of Education for the City of New Haven, Connecticut and as Staff Attorney for the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CCHRO), the state equivalent to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Rae, who also serves as General Counsel to the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), received her B.S. in Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon and her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
